Best known for the wildly popular viral video series, “Guy On A Buffalo,” Jomo & The Possum Posse have made a name for themselves with their unique blend of cynicism, dead-eyed soul and anti-machismo honky-tonk.

Their cult video series has surpassed 30 million views, garnering national attention from NPR’s All Things Considered, Forbes, G4’s Attack of the Show, and a slew of major media outlets.

Two Time Winners Best of Fest Frontera Fest

The band is led by Jomo Edwards, who’s award-wining lyrics tend to skate the line between the sardonic and the arcane… and over the past decade, JPP has established itself as one of the most talented, fresh and cerebrally entertaining live acts around.

In 2019, the band was selected “Best of Fest” at FronteraFest for the second year in a row at the long-running Austin Fringe Festival. The band’s programs highlight their brand of original music and comedy.

Honestly, (this is Pattie) I was at the Arts & Music Festival and these guys were on the stage and I fell in love. I walked up to the stage while they were performing, left my card on the monitor, and mouthed call me. Seriously. I was so excited that they did. You are going to absoltuely LOVE seeing them perform. We cannot wait to have them back on our stage!
